Google Apps for Work is Now G Suite

As everyone in the marketing or online world knows, technology is always evolving. Today was no exception, as Google announced its newest creation: G Suite.

For anyone who uses Google Apps for Work (aka using gmail for your business), G Suite is it’s brand-spanking new name:

Originally, Google Apps for Work was established to help people work together within their favorite Google apps – Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.

Now, Google is evolving the technology’s name, strategy, and message. On their latest blog post, Google introduces G Suite as a way to push the envelope by allowing people and businesses to communicate together like never before. Their new branding highlights the intelligence behind the technology and its ability to cut out the busyness that so many businesses are overwhelmed with.

Here at Shoobie, one of our favorite things about Google is its constant mission to continuously evolve and grow technology. As users of Google Apps for Work G Suite, we’re excited to see what else is to come with this announcement!
